in the real estate business since 1988, Mark brings a vast
and diverse field of experience ranging from Condominium,
New Homes, Luxury Estate and land sales in and throughout
Arlington, Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. Mark specializes
in the mid to upper price range home, re-sales, estates, new
homes, land and land development, and has successfully marketed
many projects and estates in and around Fairfax and Loudoun
Counties.
Mark's
career in real estate has been successful and well documented
by awards. Having achieved several at Shannon & Luchs, Mark
was named to Weicherts Million Dollar Club, Executive Club
and Presidents Club. To this day, Mark holds the record for
the most consecutive Top Listing Agent, Top Selling Agent,
and Top Producer by volume for Weichert's western Loudoun
Office. Following Weichert, Mark achieved the coveted Centurion
Award by Century 21. Today Mark continues to grow an deliver
top; service to his clients and customers and has generated
over 10 Million dollars in volume for 1999 and 18 Million
dollars for 2000 earning him a place in the RE/MAX Presidents
Club in addition to numerous other awards.
Mark comes
from a 15-year background in mechanical design experience
including patent design, task force leadership, program management
and customer relations.
Mark has
obtained a planning commissioner certification from Virginia
Tech, and has served as a planning commissioner for the Town
of Round Hill, and regularly participated in "The Rural Loudoun
Towns Joint Planning Commission". Mark typically consults
with local area newspapers about events effecting real estate.
Mark also
believes in giving back. He very generously gives of his time
and funds to the South Run Seahawks, Battered Women's Shelter,
Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, Children's Miracle Network,
Breast Cancer research, and Doc's Fund (cancer treatment for
under privileged children), among others.
