Everyone knows someone that is in real estate.  But the fact of the matter is, not all real estate agents are created equally!!  Selecting an agent is much like selecting a lawyer, CPA, Financial Planner, etc...  You want the best and why not?  After all your home is the largest investment that you have ever made and as such you are entitled to a maximum gain. 

So, what should you look for?  There are so many agents to choose from.  How do you know if the agent you are talking to is the right one?  That is what this section is about.  The content on this section is based solely on various marketing instructors, National Association of Realtors and other real estate seminars. 

The Interviewing an Agent area gives you a fundamental basis as to what you should expect of your first interview with a real estate agent.  While most of it seems like commonsense, sometimes it is easy to forget.
